Cancellation/No Show Policy
We take late canceling and no-shows seriously at Trinity Skin Studio. Should you find you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24-hour advance notice is required by calling the studio directly. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in any future appointment needing a credit card in order to book. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a 50% charge of services to your card. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. This also includes Gift Cards, the amount of the services booked will be deducted from the Gift Card.

Late arrival will result in your treatment being shortened to end at the scheduled time. To enjoy your full session, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more, we can no longer accommodate your appointment and you will be rescheduled to a different day.

****First time clients will be asked to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to fill out any paperwork associated with your treatment.****

Please turn cell phones off or put on silent once in the treatment room. This is your time, please step away from the stress and allow yourself to enjoy your treatment.

Children and Pets
The skin studio/treatment room is not an appropriate place for young children. Please do not bring children under the age of 16 unless they have an appointment.

Absolutely no pets or animals in the treatment room, unless registered as a service animal.      

Product Exchanges/Returns
The following policies apply to all products and accessories in our studio:

*We will exchange or refund with proof of purchase and within 7 days of date of purchase.
*All products must be in their original packaging and lightly used or unused.
*We do not accept returns on items that touch your skin for sanitary reasons.  These types of items will be accepted only if the are unused and unopened. 
*Items sold under promotional price are final sales and not eligible for refund or exchanges. 
*No refund or exchanges on brushes and other personal use items.
